La Concha Pool Apartment is a spacious 70m2 ground floor apartment overlooking the pool, located just 100 metres from the beautiful beaches of El Cotillo. It ideally accommodates 4 people, has a kitchen, a living room with a dining table and a flat screen smart TV. Guests will sleep on 1 extra large double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 people. There is also a children's playroom with a lowered ceiling with a bed and storage space for beach equipment & children's toys :)
